Focus on objectives
Always ask : For what?, For whom?
Avoid “wow !” effects which are just for show …

  1. During framing
  2. Define precisely the training’s objectives and extract from it the educational goals. This is the basis of any training project. Paired with an eco-responsible approach, it allows getting to the point and trim the unnecessary.

  3. During instructional design
  4. Aim for simplicity and efficiency to serve your educational goals and the issues that your training session must address. Also verify if similar contents have already been created to avoid repetition.

  5. During the choice of digital modalities
  6. Choose modalities by the added value of the educational media. Can a mere image replace a virtual reality render or a 3D animation, which are more greedy in resources? Use "wow" effects sparingly and in the right time to spark learning prone emotions.
